MERLOT

Supple, fruity, perfumed with notes of red fruit (raspberries…) and small black fruit (blackberries…) this 2018 Merlot can be drunk now when it is young or wait 2/3 years. It has to be served at a temperature of 15° to 17°. This wine will go perfectly with cold meats, white meats or grilled meats. It is interesting to lightly cool it before serving in summer.
